Our farm operations began in 2001 as a small scale poultry farm and has grown today to become on of the largest layer farms in Ekiti state with 25,000 layers capacity rearing uniform Point of Lay pullets for farmers across the country and producing premium table eggs for consumers all over Nigeria.

Among our many achievements include the production of Metrovet feeds that has been NAFDAC approved for over 6years, production of Dog's delight( both porridge and crunchy, the 1st NAFDAC approved indigenous dog food. in 2010, we won the CBN Famer of the year award.

Metrovet consultant Ltd, popularly known as Metrovet is an indigenous Nigerian company in the business of commercial poultry production, commercial feedmilling, procurement, marketing and administration of animal health products, feeds, feed additives, Veterinary consultancy and diagnostic laboratory services. We are also into Pet food production and run a veterinary clinic

Metrovet was established in the year 2001 as a sole proprietorship business in a single shop apartment. It has grown to become one of the leading operators in the Nigerian livestock industry and is now a limited liability company. The company has its head office in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti state, Nigeria with branches in various parts of the state, Ondo and Kogi states.
